Rant or Rave: First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer

Hello loves and happy Monday! I hope you all had a restful weekend and are ready to take on the week! Today I wanted to chat about a new skincare item I’ve been trying for a little over a month now. I’d been using the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, which is incredibly hydrating but also very thick in consistency. It worked super well for my dry-combination skin type and I’d been using it for about a year. I went to restock at Sephora and saw that First Aid Beauty had come out with a specific face moisturizer and I was immediately intrigued. (Let me also so I was mostly interested because I am an advertiser’s dream and a new product junkie.) So I decided to give it a go, and holy smokes people, this is a winner. The consistency is incredibly light weight and soaks into your skin rather quickly, which makes it great for makeup application in the morning. First Aid Beauty somehow managed to make this ultra light moisturizer pack a serious punch in the hydration department as well, my skin feels just as healthy and glowy as it did with super thick moisturizers, if not better. I am pleasantly surprised by this moisturizer and will definitely be repurchasing. It also could not have come at a better time as summer is right around the corner, and lightweight is the way to go. The only complaint I have is that you seem to get less bag for you buck with this one, as the bottle is smaller than the Ultra Repair Cream tub that you can buy for only a slightly less money at $24. That being said, my whole face is more than covered with one pump from the Face Moisturizer bottle, and it doesn’t seem to be running out too quickly.

{this is only about 1/2 a pump for reference}

I hope you guys found this review helpfu! Have a fabulous Monday!
